Privacy Policy

What we collect

Mitten Wildlife is a static directory site. We do not require accounts, do not run signup forms, do not collect names or email addresses from visitors, and do not use tracking cookies.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which logs standard web request data (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention. This data is held by Cloudflare under their privacy policy and is not used by Mitten Wildlife for any marketing or profiling purpose.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics product that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not store identifiers. We see aggregate page view counts, country-level visitor origin, and referrer URLs — no individual user data.

Because no cookies are set and no personal data is collected, no cookie consent banner is required under GDPR or CCPA. We do not sell, share, or otherwise transfer visitor data to any third party for advertising or marketing.

Phone calls

Tapping any "Call" button on this site dials a phone number provided by MarketCall, a third-party pay-per-call advertising network. When you place a call, MarketCall connects you to a licensed service provider participating in their network in your area.

Mitten Wildlife does not place, receive, or record those calls. We do not have access to call content, your phone number as the caller, or any conversation between you and the service provider. MarketCall handles call routing under its own privacy policy. Once you are connected to the service provider, you are speaking directly with them and any further information you share is governed by their own privacy practices.

Mitten Wildlife receives only aggregate, non-identifying reports from MarketCall: call counts, durations, and whether calls met the network's qualifying criteria. We do not receive your phone number or personal information.

Children's privacy

Mitten Wildlife is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
